Method 1: Speed

This level is fairly straight forward, all you do is work your way down, avoiding the thwumps, hitting al the switches and getting to the exit. When you reach the exit switch though, drop down onto the bounce block and slide down the wall to the floor, trigger the floorguard so it goes to the left, which means you can go around and go into this 'room' from the other side and hit the switch. Jump out the way you came in and go to the exit.

Method 2: Gold

Follow Method 1, except when you have hit the first 3 switches, go into the room of gold before jumping up and down to the middle level.
