Method 1 (Easy)
Jump up the first slope, getting the left gold if you wish. Hit the launchpad, which will bring you to another launchpad, which will propel you into the main area.
By now, the laser drone should not be able to see you, so drop down into the zap drone pit. Pick a side and quickly slide down the oneway platforms and blocks to the switch. You can take a quick rest here and breathe as none of the drones can get you in there. After that, climb out and run quickly to the next side. From here, walljump off the block and onto the oneway platforms to the switch. If you did this fast enough, the laser drone should be on the left side, and when you hit the launchpad you will be safe. Otherwise, wait for the laser drone to pass to the right. Make sure not to accidentally lure any of the guided zap drones outside, which can complicate things later on. Use the bounceblock to hit the switch on the very left, and then drop down to the unlocked terminal. Go back again using the launchpad. You can take your time here (esp. after all that gold!) and wait for the laser drone to pass until it can no longer see you when you attempt to jump to the exit.
