This level is EXTREMELY hard, and this method is sort of round about. I think I had about 90-100 secs and left with around 60, but it depends on what gold you get.

Run right at the beginning. Jump down and tap z while holding left to dodge the floor guard. Hop up and get the 4 switches, avoiding the zap drone coming downward. The key to this is to stay close to the other zap drone. Once you get to the upper right area, map the zap drone charge to the left at you, then jump again to make sure they don't charge back to the right, then go downward instead, do this for two of them. Get the switch then jump down. Once past the mines hold left to stop from sliding down the circle. jump down, grab the blue switch. Now for the hard part. You can TRY to get past the thwumps, but I wasn't able to. So hop back up, you'll have to dodge another zap drone along the way. Jump all the way down, then go around and get the last gate switch next to the thwumps. Then just hop back up and onto the circle and into the door.
