Method 1 (Easy)
Start by jumping up either the left or right "channel" closest to the center line. In order to do this, jump as if you were jumping up a normal channel but do not hold down the jump button or left or right button after each press, simply tap each lightly and let go. You will bounce quickly from block to block and, in the process, ascend the channel and collect all the gold. Once at the top, get the terminal, and fall down the shaft you didn't go up. Towards the bottom, aim for the small curved section of tile above the exit. if you hit it properly, you will be able to survive the fall. Continue to the exit.
