The area in which an enemy can see you, and thus begins to attack you. For zap drones that track, it is directly outward in a straight line until their line of sight hits a door, or a tile. For chaingun drones, laser drones and gauss turrets it is a full 360 degree view of their surroundings, unless you are blocked by doors or tiles. A floorguard has a side-to-side view, and thwumps have the space next to them on either side and in the direction that they are deadly as a view.
