Raigan Burns is one of N's two creators (the other being Mare Sheppard), and part of Metanet Software. According to his personal site, his interests are in "realtime physics (and game-dev in general), but I might also throw in some music or whatever...who knows." He also puts up interesting "demos and other bits" on his personal site.
